if you're one of those self proclaimed deep, mature, sensible, non-superficial twats who are against materialistic eggheads like me. XD

the day where I'll become more open-minded and matured by realizing that there is much more to money then just spending it, and also much more to happiness or satisfaction then purchasing material goods.
- As quoted from Chen's blog
LOL A! I CAN PROMISE YOU THIS, YOU, WE, will NEVER EVER see the dawn of that day. :D
There's simply nothing more to money then just spending it. At most, we can only wisen up and start investing in REAL PROFESSIONAL MATERIAL GOODS. Think, from ASOS, Topshop, River Island, Mango, Zara, Aldo to Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Jimmy Choo. Ultimate happiness and satisfaction are derived from purchasing such material stuff.
"You know that thing when you see someone cute and he smiles and your heart kind of goes like warm butter sliding down hot toast? Well that's what it's like when I see a store. Only it's better. "

People and GP articles should stop denying that money can buy you happiness. It's not shallow or superficial yada yada blah blah. In fact, it's the freakin truth.
Just imagine that rush of adrenaline, the surge in estrogen level when you lay your hands on a pair of Jimmy Choos. I truly believe a girl can achieve a more satisfying orgasm with a Louis Vuitton than with a man. Each step towards Kate Spade is like a step towards the gates of Heaven.
Retail therapy is the cureall, the panacea to all ills.
People who deny this fact are delusional and living in self denial won't make you any more mature or deep.
With consideration to my current age, you may see me as a puerile, immature brat, having this materialistic mindset together with this hedonistic view of life only because my brain has not fully developed. You may think that I will part with my materialistic ways when I've hit the "sensible adult" age.
Well, I can assure you, that 20, 30 years down the road, I will still be as obsessed with labels more than anything else and I will probably still be arguing my case.
Chen, do not quit on your materialistic dreams! One day we'll reach the status where stepping into Louis Vuitton is like stepping into River Island!
OMG I'M EXTREMELY DRIVEN BY MY MATERIAL WANTS. I think the only way to stamp out my desire for branded goods is to strip me of cash. Stripppppp down to not a single penny left. Well, even then, I think I would still camp outside Louis Vuitton. Hell yeah it's gonna be painful to not be able to possess the pretty thing but weirdly, looking at it through the glass is somehow comforting as well. Such a masterpiece is a feast for the eyes, the mind and the soul. I feed on it. I feed on labels.
By the by, I got my wetlook leggings from Topshop today! YAAAAAAAAAAAY! Not to forget, there goes 50 buckkkks...
OH CHEMISTRY LECTURE TODAY WAS AMUSING AS USUAL. Oh my gawd, I think it's too obvious that we're staring. I burst into fits of giggles after spotting him and I think he totally caught me.
Fion: "OMG CHEN I SEE HIM!"
Amanda: "WHERE!"
Fion: "THERE THERE! SIDE! LEFT! MR SCHIZO!"
You are damn suay la Chen, of all times to turn, you just haveeeeeeeee to turn when he's looking in our direction. That's a nice right smack in your face, thick big gold rimmed glasses and all full frontal view.
May Mr Schizo visit your dreams tonight. We are all deeply mesmerized and enchanted by them gold frames. (:
