We brought him visiting in the evening. It's part of my plan to up his social status! :D
I know I shouldn't be bringing him out when it's only the second day but that little mutt adapts to strangers and new environments so darn well!
I know it sounds kinda mean but it's freakin cute whenever Whisky falls over while running. Be it marble or wood, he's always slipping on them! I lost count of the number of times he crashed or banged into stuff. It looks awfully painful and my heart aches but the wee one always bounces back up fast and starts dashing and nipping around like nothing happened. O.O
How can he not feel a thang?! Maybe he's numb to it. OMG. THAT'S BAD. O_O!
Anyhoos, we had supper after while he napped in the car. Good ol' Whisky held back his pee till we got home and kept the crate clean! SMART BOY!
On a sidenote, DARN SINGAPORE'S WEATHER. Stupid heat got me taking 3 baths in a day.
Okay, back to Whisky. Cleaned him up and stuff with a damp cloth after reaching home. I, or rather Mommy and I, TAKE GREAT EFFORT IN KEEPING WHISKY CLEAN.
By great effort, I mean REALLY REALLY GREAT EXTREME EFFORT.
Guys, you know how my mom gets when someone drops just a grain of rice on the floor right? Yeapp, it's spring cleaning for the whole house and y'all know how I'm sucha hygiene freak as well so... yeah, just imagine how we treat Whisky.
After each time he pees or poos, each paw gets a thorough wipe. Baby wet wipes, damp cloth, brush whatever. Whole body wipe if he's brought out to jalan with us. Oh and when he's out, no stepping on outside ground. No going near grassy areas. Risk of ticks and fleas see. When we let him out of the cage, we keep watch 24/7 with newspapers laid out on 87.6% of the floor so it won't be dirtied by his poo. We're also there to grab him immediately after he poos so that he won't step on his stools by accident. There are like a hell many other measures we take man, I'm too lazy to list all of them out. My point is...,
WHISKY IS SO GAWDDAMN CLEAN! :D
AND I INSIST ON KEEPING THESE CLEANING RITUALS. D'oh, he has to be clean cause I kiss him every 5 minutes. (: Love him to bits!
OOOOO have I mentioned! Whisky knows where we store his doggy food! After he was all cleaned up and everyone dispersed, he started howling like REAL LOUD and Whisky don't usually do that. Not at night at least. He knows when he's allowed to whine, like in the afternoon when he wants to be cuddled. Considerate fella!
We thought he wanted attention so we ignored him at first but the whines continued and it grew louder. Funny thing was, he was barking at the yard and this sparked off a mini debate between my folks. Daddy insisted Whisky saw... ya know that one that one and mommy was convinced he was trying to scare her.
Cocker spaniels aren't allowed in HDB so if the neighbors complained, Whisky's gotta move out! D: Fearing so, I brought him out for some lovin' yo! Bloke was sniffling and making soft whiny noises even in my arms! I started panicking thinking it's like kennel cough or some illness! D:
I almost cried cause I was so afraid!
It finally crossed my mind after a few minutes that he may be hungry so we filled his food bowl. HE IMMEDIATELY BURIED HIS FACE IN IT AND GOBBLED EVERYTHING CLEAN.
Fion: "OHHHHHHH NOW IT MAKES SENSE! HE WAS BARKING AT THE YARD CAUSE THAT'S WHERE HIS FOOD WAS!"
Mommy: "OH YAHHHHHH! SEE DADDY IT'S NOT THAT KIND OF THING!"
Daddy: "... SO CUTE. SO CLEVER!"
Fion: "WHISKY YOU SMART BOY! SO OBSERVANT! MUMMY LOVES YOU!"
Now we know when you're hungry! :D

Speaking of holidays, Aussie, Taiwan and Japan's a must with family. Bahamas, Hawaii and Mauritius will depend on who's able to go with me. Rome and Paris will be on hold for now. It's gotta be with someone special. It's so sad Whisky can't be included in the romantic scene. ):
It's sleeping so peacefully now. Must be shagged from all the fun earlier on. SO KYUTE!
