Oh! I had a rather interesting conversation with the cabby today! He was telling me about how he had a passenger once who was an NUH surgeon and married a doctor from SGH. For the 2 kids she gave birth too, he bought her a BMW. I forgot what series it was. For Valentine's, he bought her this diamond ring. His salary was like SGD$60,000 a month?

I was like ZOMGGG I WANNA BE A SURGEON TOOOO! Doctors really have it good man.

Good ol' uncle kinda woke me up a bit with his pep talk. Something along the lines of don't be distracted by boys and parties now and focus on education etc. He was such a sweet wise guy.

That honestly got me reflecting.
