Decided to check out Mirrors which was recently released on MioTv. I say 4/5.

I was totally anticipating some ultra gore fest from the very first scene: Mirror shard slits throat, blood erupts yada yada die. Mind you, that ain't no normal slit-bleed-die scene. That thing dug deeeeeeep, deeeeeeeeep, deeeeeeeeeeep. I think I saw the oesophagus at one point. O.O

Anyhoos, I freaked out at the part where the woman's jaws were ripped apart, tearing at the cheeks and then eventually detached from the head. Yes, cue the violent blood squirts.

The story's about some demon trapped inside the mirrors and it collects the souls of people it kills. It seeks a woman by the name of Anna Esseker who's sorta like the host. Apparently, the demon got exorcized and trapped in the mirrors. Through the mirrors, this demon can make people do things they don't want to, which is basically killing, killing and more killing.

So yeah, protagonist and family in danger, protagonist finds Esseker, Esseker got re-possessed, family saved, protagonist dies in the process.

Nice creepy ending to note!

Carson (protagonist) emerges from the rubble, everyone goes oooooh he's aliveeeee YAY! HAPPY PEACEFUL ENDING!

BUTTTTTT he realizes everything he sees now is written in reverse, like mirrors. No one seems to be noticing him, cars are almost running over him anddddd... when he passes by a mirrored glass of a shop, we, he couldn't see his own reflection.

In our world, we see a handprint appear on the glass surface when Carson reaches out to touch it.

HOHO, so now we know he's trapped in the mirror world.
