Judging from the girls whom they give the thumbs up too, you would think that they will settle down for some girl that's close to that ideal image they have in mind. Weirdly enough, the ones they end up with often falls... way off mark. O.O
In short, guys dig the bitches but love the good girls.
I wonder if the same applies for us girls.
Uhhhh wait, I think not. We seem to fall for the ones that hurt us. Apparently, we love the bad boys. It's not even like or crush, it's love. Think Chuck Bass > Nate Archibald > Dan Humphrey. However sadistic this may sound, girls seem to enjoy having their hearts ripped apart and shredded into teeny pieces.
It's like the good boy is always the best friend who's secretly in love with the girl who's in love with the bad boy who treats her like shit. (Whoops, too much whos in a sentence!)
I mean c'mon, how many movies, especially chick flicks, revolve around that storyline! The only difference is Mr Goody Two Shoes gets the girl and lives happily ever after in the movie. In reality, hmmm, it's a totally different ending. Mr Nice Boy either got fed up and moved on or the girl moved on... from bad boy A to bad boy B and the cycle continues. Oh one more possibility, Mr Nice Boy can't move on and cursed himself to eternal misery.
Aye, and so my friends often ask, is it worth it to continue and be the good guy when the bad boy's the one getting all that love and admiration?
I'd sayyyyy go ahead cause the bad boys turn good eventually! :D
Well they have to. It has to be for my first point to stand! "In short, guys dig the bitches but love the good girls." Eventually, at least.
